When Is Kiwi Harvested in Türkiye?
How harvest timing connects with fruit condition, storage and procurement planning.
Do not reduce the sourcing decision to price alone.
For fresh produce such as kiwi, current fruit condition, harvest timing, grading, packaging, storage and delivery need to be assessed together.
Clarify the specification before quotation.
Calibre range, tolerances, packaging format, labelling, requested delivery date and Incoterm make quotations comparable.
Ask for current product data.
Request current product and packing information for the offered lot or available stock rather than relying only on generic catalogue data.
Match shipment planning to fruit condition.
Transit time and storage conditions materially affect arrival condition and should be confirmed before order acceptance.
